2 hr 30 min
From 5 British pounds

Service Description

This is your time to get in, get on with it, and actually practice. Practice sessions are there for those who want extra time to train, work on what they’ve been learning, build strength, repeat things until they finally click, or just enjoy moving without the structure of a full class. Think of it as your chance to drill, play, condition, explore, and put the work in. These sessions are ideal if you want more time on the pole, want to run your choreo again without feeling rushed, need space to work on floorwork or heels, or simply want a solid workout in the studio environment. At most you will have to share the pole with one other person. If you want your own dedicated pole the book the VIP option. Practice sessions are mainly for pole, heels and floorwork, but you’ll also have access to the other equipment in the studio, so there’s room to mix things up and use the space properly. This is not a taught class, but it is a chance to train in a great environment, build confidence, improve stamina, and get more comfortable with your body and your movement. Sometimes what you really need is not more talking, it’s more reps. Practice sessions are great for: • Pole practice and conditioning • Heels training, flow and floorwork • Running choreography or combos again • Strength work and body conditioning • Flexibility, mobility and active drills • Building confidence and cleaning things up • Extra training time outside of class Open Practice Sessions Open practice is the bigger playground. These sessions are open to all disciplines, so you can use the studio to train whatever you need, whether that’s pole, hoop, rope, barre, calisthenics, flexibility, conditioning, or a mix of everything. Perfect for students who cross-train, like variety, or want the freedom to work on their own goals in their own way. Whether you’re there to spin, sweat, stretch, hang upside down, or just finally sort your life out and do the conditioning you keep avoiding, open practice gives you the space to do it. It’s your training time, your way.
