Cancellation Policy

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Our studio is designed to be a warm, welcoming and inclusive space where every client feels comfortable, respected and supported. We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment or disruptive behaviour of any kind. We ask all clients to help maintain the calm, respectful atmosphere that makes this space feel special. Cancellations & Missed Classes Single classes cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Where more than 24 hours’ notice is given, classes may be moved or exchanged where possible. No-shows are non-refundable. Courses are booked as a block. If you miss a session, we will always do our best to offer a suitable make-up option where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed. Arrival Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Late entry may not be permitted once a class has started, particularly where the warm-up has been missed, as safety must always come first. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for informing us of any injury, illness, surgery, pregnancy, dizziness, hypermobility, pelvic floor concerns or any other condition that may affect safe participation. Pregnancy Clients must let us know if they are pregnant. As a pre and postnatal certified studio, clients may continue training during pregnancy if they have attended with us for 3 months or more, and only for as long as both client and instructor feel it remains safe and appropriate. Spotting Certain movements may involve instructor spotting for safety, support and technical guidance. Clients aged 18 and over may decline spotting, and suitable regressions or alternative options will be provided instead. Pole & Aerial Etiquette No oils, lotions or greasy products should be used on the hands, legs or any skin likely to come into contact with the pole or equipment. Jewellery that may catch, damage equipment or become stuck should be removed. Clients are also responsible for protecting any piercings that may come into contact with metal. Additional Guidance Bruising, skin sensitivity and muscular soreness can occur, particularly in pole and aerial training. Please wear suitable clothing, follow instructor guidance and stop if something does not feel right. We kindly ask that rubbish is taken home where possible to support recycling and help keep the studio beautifully cared for. By attending, you accept responsibility for training within your own level and for following all studio guidance.
