Pole F.I.T | Heels 101
Heels, from the ground up! Literally….
Service Description
You survived Beginners, you’re hooked! You can climb without panic, but you want more connection? You can spin without looking like you’re being launched by accident, but long to sass it up? Then its time for Heels 101 Now… we elevate you… Heels 101 is for students who have completed a full six-week Beginner course (or equivalent). If your foundations aren’t solid, we don’t add 9 inches of chaos. Simple. Because this isn’t messy-for-the-sake-of-it platform flailing. This is control. This is intention. This is learning how to move slowly enough that people actually HAVE to watch you. We’re going to: • Learn how to actually walk in heels (not stomp, not wobble - walk) • Transfer weight properly • Hit lines that are sharp enough to slice • Descend with control instead of collapsing • Build fluid transitions on and around the pole • Explore the unapologetic joy of floor fuckery in 9” gorgeous boots You will feel powerful. You will feel ridiculous at times. You will laugh. You will sweat. You will question your life choices mid-routine. And then you’ll absolutely love it. 8-inch heels are recommended. 9” if you’re dramatic — which, frankly, I encourage. The pitch matters. The shape matters. The aesthetic matters. If you’re not sure what to buy, message me before you throw money at the internet. I’ll tell you exactly what you need. No heels yet? Relax. You can start in socks. Barefoot. Whatever. There are a small number available to borrow while you decide. We build the technique first - the boots are just the amplifier. This class is about owning space. Owning your movement. Owning the room without rushing through it. Less “look how fast I can spin.” More “watch me take my time.” This class is about presence. Control. Intent. Less rushing. More owning. You’ve built strength. Now we polish it, sharpen the attitude, and make it delicious.
