Service Description

This is your next phase. After completing your 6 Beginner course (or equivalent) you move into Beginners Plus, and then onto improvers. Beginners Plus: This is the direct progression from Beginners Here we; Strengthen your climbs, Refine your spins, Improve grip and shoulder engagement, Build smoother transitions, Introduce more technical tricks and Start linking movements together You’re no longer learning what a basic spin is - you’re learning how to make it controlled, clean and strong. We continue building your foundations properly so that when you move up again, you’re ready. ⸻ Improvers Improvers is for students who are confident and competent with beginner-level skills but aren’t quite ready to jump into Intermediate. If you: • Climb comfortably • Hold yourself securely • Understand core engagement • Know your basic spins and grips …but still want to polish technique, increase strength, and feel more solid before progressing - this is your space. Improvers focuses on: • Sharpening technique • Increasing endurance • Adding more complex combinations • Developing stronger inversions prep (when appropriate) • Smoother transitions and flow ⸻ How This Class Works This class combines both Beginners Plus and Improvers in one supportive environment. You will be coached at your level. You won’t be rushed into things you’re not ready for. You won’t be stuck repeating things you’ve already mastered. Because this is a drop-in class, you can book weekly and begin exploring other classes alongside it - whether that’s Heels 101 or Pole Flow if you prefer dancing without heels. Think of this as your development stage. Not brand new. Not intermediate yet. Just building properly. Strong foundations. Cleaner technique. Smarter progress.
