Begginers
This is where everything starts.

Beginners Pole is designed for complete starters. Zero experience required. Zero strength required. Zero flexibility required. If you can walk through the door, you can begin.
And I mean that.
You will build strength you didn’t know you were capable of - real, functional upper body strength. Your grip will improve. Your core will wake up. Your shoulders will learn how to work properly. Coordination will sharpen, balance and flexibility will improve too.
Every session layers foundations properly. You’ll learn technique, control, posture, and how to move with intention. We break things down. We repeat. We refine.
You will not be thrown in at the deep end.
You will feel awkward at first. That’s normal.
You will feel stronger within weeks. That’s guaranteed.
Pole is one of the fastest ways to build confidence because progress is visible. You don’t just feel stronger - you see it. And here’s the truth most people don’t realise:

Beginner Plus (Beg+) is the next level directly after you finish beginners, it continues to lay down the foundations and build on what you have learnt. Improving your technique and focusing on progressing towards the tricks and spins you enjoy.
Improvers is designed for students who’ve completed Beginners (or have equivalent experience) and Beg+ and are ready to progress, but feel you need more time to perfect the basics. We refine technique, strengthen climbs and holds, introduce controlled inversions when appropriate, and start linking movements together with confidence.
You’ll feel stronger, smoother, and more capable every week. We spend more time getting you ready for inversions and learning some upside down techniques.

Beg+ and Improvers
Mixed Ability
A class designed to accommodate different levels in the same space.
Open to beginners, improvers and beyond – this session allows everyone to work at their own pace or progressing safely. Movements are layered with options and progressions often so you can build strength of technique and confidence at a pace that suits you. If you’re a beginner, you’re welcome and don’t worry worry you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. For more experienced students don’t worry you also won’t feel held back.
Your train alongside others,, learned from watching different levels, and continue developing your own skills – whether that foundations,, flow strength or tricks.

Heels
Heels is a separate class because it deserves intention. It’s not just slutty ricks and body waves… OK it is but it’s also the perfect blend of technique, strength, lines, musicality and controlled chaos.
You’ll learn how to:
- Place your weight properly
- Use your leg instead of flapping them about
- Create lines that actually hit
- Move through transitions
- Floorwork - so much fun floor work!
and of course - body body wave like a goddess.
We built it from the ground up – literally! Walks, floor work, body control. Then we layer in tricks and Choreo when you know what you’re doing.
You’ll feel strong.
You feel powerful.
You’ll feel slightly feral in the best way!
And it all happens in a safe environment where you can experiment, laugh, try again again, and then absolutely own it!!
This class isn’t about performing for anyone else else.
It’s about discovering how good it feels to move like that, just for you.
NU:U Flexxx
Physio meets movement
This is not yoga.
And it’s definitely not “just stretching.”
NU:U Flexxx is intelligent flexibility training. The kind that actually changes your body - not just how it looks, but how it functions. Groups in biomechanics and posture correction, increased flexibility is just a bonus. Over time your body will fully reset, gain strengthen alongside flexibility and be able to adapt to everything life throws at it.
We build mobility, strength, control and range together. Expect active flexibility, deep muscle engagement, nervous system resets, breathwork, strength drills, and the kind of “why does this feel so different?” moments that make everything else in your training better.
Front splits. Middle splits. Backbends. Shoulders. Hips. Feet.
We work it all - properly.

NU:U Circuits
circus style!
Functional circuits (but make it interesting).
If the idea of a standard circuit class makes you want to fake an injury… Good?
This isn’t that.
This is strength training – reimagined – using Pole hammock wrote who in calisthenics to build real, functional capacity. That kind that improves bone density, core strength, strength, joint stability and full body coordination.
You’ll push.
You’ll hang.
You’ll carry.
You’ll stabilise.
And you’re doing ways that actually challenge your body instead of just exhausting it for no reason.
Every station has options so all levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand-new or already strong, you’ll work at level that build you up – not breaks you down.

And unlike my circuit classes… This one doesn’t feel like punishment!
